Terms and Conditions for MadWitch Video Productions

1. Introduction 1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all video production services provided by MadWitch Video Productions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") to any client ("Client"). 1.2 By commissioning our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services 2.1 The Company provides video production services including but not limited to pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production. 2.2 A detailed project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins.

3. Fees and Payment 3.1 Fees for services will be outlined in a formal quotation. 3.2 A deposit of 10 % is required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. 3.3 Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 13 % per month.

4. Client Responsibilities 4.1 The Client must provide all necessary information, approvals, and access required for the project. 4.2 The Client is responsible for securing any necessary permissions, permits, or third-party rights required for filming, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions and Approval 5.1 The Client is entitled to two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. 5.2 Final approval must be provided in writing before the delivery of the final product.

6. Copyright and Ownership 6.1 The Company retains copyright of all original footage and creative content unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6.2 Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final video for agreed purposes. 6.3 The Company reserves the right to use produced content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. 6.4 If the Client requires full copyright ownership, additional fees may apply.

7. Cancellation and Termination 7.1 If the Client cancels the project, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the stage of production. 7.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these Terms.

8. Liability and Indemnity 8.1 The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the video content. 8.2 The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims related to third-party rights violations.

9. Confidentiality 9.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

10. Governing Law 10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments 11.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms with prior notice to the Client.
